shrimp taco dip

8 oz. low fat cream cheese
2 Tablespoons low-fat milk
1/2 cup chili sauce
1 cup fresh or frozen tiny shrimp,drained,rinsed
4 scallions,chopped
3/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup grated part-skim Mozzarella cheese

Mix the cream cheese and milk in a mixing bowl until smooth. Spread on a small serving platter. Layer the ingredients on top of the cream cheese, in the order they appear on the list. Chill at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with reduced fat tortilla chips. Serves 8 (tortilla chips not included in calorie count)
