I was overweight since childhood. One day I woke up and decided to make a change. I started tracking with MFP and running and 2.5 years later I am down 100 lbs. it’s been a roller coaster but I just pushed forward. Lots of sweat, tears and determination has gotten me this far. I am 10 lbs from my goal weight.
