Is it possible to ‘save up’ calories from one day to the next. Like say you’re planning on going out the next day and you eat under a little the day before can you use those calories the next day as long as your weekly calories are the same?

I "bank" calories during the week so I can have a drink and eat out on the weekend without derailing.

I average mine over the week, some days over, some under. It works well, because my hunger levels tend to vary by the day, and I don't have to worry much if I go over one day.2
