I'm not on this plan, but I got curious and looked it up. There is something I don't understand: they only have two options, one for males and one for females. Are they just generic options? Do they ask for your stats and calculate your caloric needs?

I've also noticed they list calories per serving size. Do you just get one serving of each thing per day or multiple? Because I tried to add up random one serving each of breakfast+lunch+dinner+snack and they added up to fewer than 800 calories. If that's the case, you would be severely undereating if you limit yourself to that.

My suggestion would be to quick-add the calories for your meal to your diary, and then supplement with additional food to make your calorie goal if those meals are not enough to reach it.

Hi, I haven't got this option to choose male and female options. I found it on Groupon as 28 days diet. I had to choose from meals what I like.

And you are right, you have to add 2 portions of dairy and 5 portions of fresh veg and fruits to reach your calories goal. It's very easy and food is tasty...ex. for dinner you have chicken in black bean souce, but you can add rice..or so...

For me it's just a lesson to learn how to eat in small portions... really small)) but more often

If you're eating a minimum of 400 calories (more if you're exercising) in dairy and fruits and vegetables, you should be fine. Keep in mind to think of this as training wheels, and at some point they will have to come off because you will need to learn to manage your intake throughout your normal life and outside of a prescribed dieting bubble prepared for you by someone else.
