    Scan and plan. I'll enter my kitchen with a meal plan in mind but scan, add and delete interchangeable ingredients to make the best version of the meal I can make to fit with my number goals. It becomes a bit of a fun game to me because it helps me get creative with my ingredients and shopping more!

    water is great i would recomend indoor cycling classes to burn lots of calorries and eat lean meat and streach be for and after training
