Just looking for fellow vegans to swap strenghts and weaknesses. Meals and gains.... All friends are welcome but I know most are not as accepting. Im a long time vegan so even newbies to the plant based world are invited to ask questions

Hi! I'm a vegan newbie. I've been following Forks Over Knives for 2 months now. I feel so much better already! Add me as a friend if you like. I'm new to MFP .

    Hi! I'm a vegan, 18-months now.

I went vegan for the animals but stayed for the health. At the moment I'm trying to gain my strength back, I'm so unfit!

Beans, Lentils, quinoa, broccoli, spinach, kale, Brussel sprouts, pretty much all greens. I eat lots of veggies and fruit. If you google mindbodygreen.com it will give you a great list.

I’m trying to transition to being vegan! I’ve found that including a vegan protein powder with breakfast helps me hit my protein goals! I also eat a lot of broccoli and beans.
