Went shopping yesturday and really fancied a crusty roll! So I brought myself 2 pkts of 4 and a salad pot for my lunch today. Thought 8 should easily last me a whole week!
But, I get them home and I usually buy warburtons brand but I decided to go for wholemeal fresh bakery ones instead. Went to have an egg roll for breakfast and theres no calories or grams on packets?
So I had a google, searched through fitness pal database and nothing at all.
I found one thing saying 100g is 257 calories on a google site but I'm clueness now!
Any ideas on what I can do now, or better yet does anyone here know the calories?
Asda Wholemeal Crusty Cobs, is the name on packet.
Thanks! Hope everyone has/had/is having a fantastic day!

When I can't find the exact thing I'm looking for, I look for the nearest thing to it and use it as a guide. x0

Hmm!! I hope so!! Ha, is wholemeal alot better than white rolls? Because thats a good 100 calorie difference

Thank you for looking and finding!! I'll use this one and hope for the best!

This is the website for a bakery here (in germany), but it gives all the calorie info for their breads and rolls, maybe they have a roll similar?
Click on "details" for either bread or rolls, and then roll your mouse over the "i" symbol under each picture.

Like meggers I was going to suggest typing in Brötchen (the German word for bread roll). We Germans love our bakeries and all sorts of bread and breadrolls. In fact, I am eating one right now.
But that website is super-helpful, meggers. I've already bookmarked it.
By the way, Kohlenhydrate = carbohydrates, Fett = fat.0 -
