    I suppose i should go up to the 21-25 category. I can't stop losing with all the shifts i've been doing at work etc, so I keep losing, genuinely want to balance back out at 140 though after my holiday, but it feels wrong when i've lost 22 or so :)
    so my new GW is 137 (im not bothered about reaching this number, just so that I have a number to make me 21-25! haha)

    149.4 for me today....ugh. Way too much sodium these past few days, and these hormones are definitely taking a negative toll on my system--I feel so bloated. Hopefully that number will not be any higher next week. I've been staying at or under my maintenance calories, so I don't believe that all of it is true weight gain.
