Just back from 6+ days backpacking in the Grand Canyon. Some days, I ate like a ravenous jackal (3500cal per day typical)...backpacking in the desert can do that to you. But it was really all as planned.
I am feeling strong and fit. My son and travelign companions all remarked about thinner Brian.
I hereby declate May a SUCCESS, even though I did not make it to 181!
Doing just fine! Lets move on to June.

May 31 - The scale this morning read 189.6 however on Tuesday this week it went down to 187.9. I'll leave it as it is and call it a win.3 -
