    May goal - 149.0 (range between 147-152)
    Ultimate goal - 147.0 (range between 145-150)

    May 8th - 152.6, um... that's the wrong direction!
    May 15th - 149.6. Wasn't expecting THAT. I bet it's back up tomorrow.
    May 22nd - 152.4. Um... back to the start of the month?

    Total loss for May - 3.4 pounds. I didn't lose five pounds, but I ended the month within my goal range!

    - Original Goal: 185 lbs by July 1st
    - average 1.0 lbs per week
    - drop about 10% of body weight

    Non-Scale Goals:
    - get BMI closer to "normal"
    - A1C/Glucose back into "normal" ranges (been just above normal)
    - HDL up to 40+
    - Improved fitness - ready for backpacking Grand Canyon (7days) and Philmont with Boy Scouts (12 days)

    Just back from 6+ days backpacking in the Grand Canyon. Some days, I ate like a ravenous jackal (3500cal per day typical)...backpacking in the desert can do that to you. But it was really all as planned.
    I am feeling strong and fit. My son and travelign companions all remarked about thinner Brian.


    I hereby declate May a SUCCESS, even though I did not make it to 181!

    Doing just fine! Lets move on to June.

    May 13th - 192.2 (Had been down to 191 even on Wednesday May 9th)
    May 20th - 191.4 had been down to 190.2 on Thursday, but had a lot of salt on Friday
    May 27th - 190 it flashed 189 once before deciding on 190. I think I’ll weigh myself on the 31st too just to see.

    Total loss for May - 3.4 again not 5 bug a loss is a loss.

    May 31 - The scale this morning read 189.6 however on Tuesday this week it went down to 187.9. I'll leave it as it is and call it a win.

    I probably won't hit my goal because I have a diet break scheduled from the 21st to the 31st.

    172 so lost 5 this month. Not too shabby for taking a 2 week diet break. I forgot about this until today.

    Trying to get my eating back under control especially over the weekend when I keep sabotaging the work I've done for the week

    26th May: 65.2kg/ 143.44lbs :'( Completely lost the plot. As of Monday 28th I AM taking back control.
