    Just started back up again - Lost 25 pounds 3 years ago. Now I've gained it all back on.

    Very motivated to lose this weight again - half my wardrobe doesn't fit me and I don't think I could stomach trying to buy new clothes in xxl :(

    Nice post. Just got back from TDY and looking for a change to better myself and those around me. I have always has the passion to stay in shape. As long as I can remember I can get 100% on my PT scores, but that is only when I train for the days prior of the test. My goal as of rn is to mainstay physical and mental sharp so I can be a better version of myself. I think this is a great tool to use and looking for motivation to get me ready for whatever lies ahead.
