Slow weight loss

Hi, I have been on this app for about 42 days and have stayed 95% within my 1200 calories and 25 carbs, 30 fat and 45 protein and have only lost 5 lbs?
Not really exercising but should I lower my calories

    That's just under a pound a week, not slow at all. How much do you have to lose?

    Please don't go lower than 1200 calories. That is the BARE minimum that a woman should be eating.

    How much are you trying to lose per week??

    Adjusting your expectations and going slow with your weight loss will pay off in the end because you'll be less likely to put it back on again.

    that is pretty good.
    do not go below 1200 cal
    that's the minimum to avoid health issues (generally speaking)
