Sulfite FREE- Sulfite Allergy

Hey everyone, I have recently, after MANY concerns and close calls with my life, found out that I am Sulfite Sensitive... this means that anything that is processed I can’t have. Cider, soft drinks, beer, wine, “snack foods”... anything processed. It’s a no go for me. Does anyone else have this? Does anyone have any recipes?
