exersise and weight loss?

my profile says if i want to loose 2lbs a week , i should only eat 1200 calories a day . thats ok
i also exersise , about 500 - 700 caloires a day .
does this mean i will loose 3lbs per week or do i need to increase my caloire intake by 500 or so ?
i not want to go into this starvation made or make my self ill

    1-2lbs a week is recommended, so yeah, you should eat your exercise calories.

    Agreed. Anything more than 2lbs a week is considered unsafe.

    Eat your 1200 plus the calories you gain from exercise 500-700= 1700-1900.

    My daughter eats within 100 calories everyday and has lost more than I have.

    Now i'm eating all my calories too, since I didnt lose faster, I only slowed down my metabolism.
  • If you're losing at about 1 to 2 lbs per week then you're more than likely to keep it off!!
