I'm a recent convert to Strava and have started downloading my runs and rides into Strava. The question is how do I get my spin class into the app? I have an ANT+ heart rate strap and can use either a Garmin 310XT or Magellan Switch to capture the data (OK, old school). I'd rather not have to buy a a bluetooth strap, I have enough exercise stuff already.

Link your Garmin Connect account to your Strava account and it will be automatic.
(ETA - On your Strava account click the upload cross, select "device", click on "Get Started")0 -
Got it, thanks0

Yes, the first secret of using Strava is that it is a pretty sucky tracking app, but it can link data from almost any other app. I understand that the OP doesn't want to buy anything, but there are a number of smart phone apps that will monitor various ANT+ or Bluetooth devices.0
