Hi just found this great site here. it has all the tools i needed. I put my mind to getting healthy about a week ago. I feel great. Something in me just clicked and i'm on a mission. I'm from oregon, i'm 28. Any support or encouragement would be greatly appreciated. TTFN. =)

    I was born and raise in Grants Pass just recently move to Medford. I miss GP. where are you all from? :happy:
