I'm back!

I joined MFP 4 years ago and lost a lot of weight down to 8 stone 6lb. I'm 5'8" so took it a little too far, but clothes looked good and I was easily fitting into UK size 8.
I never maintained and convinced myself I didn't need to; then in April I stepped on the scales again and was horrified to see I was 12stone 4lb and my BMI said I was over weight. Size 14 was a squeeze. I started again on 5th April this year and have already lost 1stone 6lb (20lb). I've set my target to 9 stone (what I was pre children) and see this as a life style choice. I'll check back in again when target has been reached and ask for advice on how to maintain.

Good luck, I’m starting over again but hope to maintain after I’m done. Making lifestyle changes as I go.0
