            I had my second baby 3 months ago and am finding much harder to lose weight this time around! I need to start making better choices so I'm excited to join and be accountable!

            Happy Sunday, everyone!
 Another new month, my loss is going at a snail's pace. But I'm still losing, however minuscule the amount.
 I wore a blouse this week that I haven't worn in years, because I couldn't button it up. Now there's room to spare. I'll take those little victories when I can.
 Not gonna lie, being 'stuck' would feel much better if that first digit was a 1 and not a 2. I feel like I'm never going to get below 200. This happened to me back in 2000 and I was pretty much stuck at 202, no matter what I did. I flirted with the 190s ever so briefly, then popped up to 202 and I stayed 202-205 for nearly 13 years. And then the weight came sneaking back...I hope I never let it sneak back again, but I do so wish I could get below 200.
 MFP's predictors have been telling me I should be under 200 for weeks, when I complete my diary, "If every day was like today..." it's like the carrot on the stick... but the donkey never does reach the carrot 
 Oh well... I'm just going to keep trying.
 Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
 Lowest since 1999: 195.

            Back after taking a month off due to vacation. I am up for this challenge - halfway to my goal and feeling motivated! Those Non-scale Victories (NSV's) have been showing up regularly, just got to keep on going with the weight loss. I am also taking my measurements, as my weight loss is not always an indicator of progress for me.

 It works best for me to weigh on Tuesdays so I adjusted the dates a bit. Only down a half pound the first week but after going out with friends over the weekend, I'll take anything in the right direction. Going out of town this weekend so a little worried about next week's weigh in but will try to stay focused.3

 Very powerful and spot on post. I felt like once I reached Onderland, I thought it would be easy breezy, but I've been 'stuck' in the 190s since January--and it's so frustrating! I feel better now that I have stepped away from the scale. I just hope around mid-july, I can see the change I want to see. Like you, I don't see it on the scale but I'm fitting into jeans that I've been trying to get into for a while. One day at a time, I guess...1

            Back at it again! Frustrated as a year ago I was in my 140’s after losing all the weight and now back up 20 lbs. thank you for starting this group! Helps to get remotivated and people to be accountable to!! Signed myself up for a 10K at the end of the month so here’s hoping it helps!
