June 1st - 164.2 - started high which is annoying, I feel like I am never going to make it to the 150s. However, in a way it's nice to start high in June because it means I have room to go low! As background, I have been fluctuating between 161 - 164 for the past 2 months. I am over this plateau and need to kickstart my weight loss again in June.

New Revelation: I'M DITCHING THE SCALE...For now!
I feel that God wants me to focus on the lesson than the numbers on the scale...
The lesson is to trust Him, and understand this is going be a change from the inside out. Spiritual growth, emotional journey, healthier lifestyle.
Weighing myself right now would be a distraction. Lately, it feels like I'm losing focus to why I am doing this whole weigh-loss "thing". So, I decided I'm not going to weigh myself until sometime in July. BUT, I'll continue to visit this page, document my journey (in other ways), support you all etc...
I think I just need to step away from the scale and enjoy my summer.
