Coming from May challenge. I’m on Keto Diet, last 2 weeks I had an annoying plateau, weight jumping all over the place, hopefully this month it will stabilise.2 -

I had a baby almost 6 weeks ago. He's my 3rd and I've never had luck losing weight while breastfeeding. I need to start eating better and stop overeating so much. I hope this challenge motivates me and the weight actually comes off. Good luck everyone!
