Hi everyone! I just started today logging in absolutely everything I consume. Currently at 14% bf. Seems like I hit a plateau, but I’m extremely active. I run, swim, bike, and go to the gym 5 to 6 times per week. So let’s see if what they say is true. You know, 70% is diet & 30% is exercise. Finally putting that to the test. Join me by holding me accountable. Also motivation will be much appreciated. Tips as well once u start analyzing my food intake. Thanks a bunch & see u on the other side
