Hey everyone! Im27 years old and im at the heaviest I’ve ever been. I went to the doctor three weeks ago and I’m weighing 230. I’m extremely unhappy with my weight and how I look. I need to lose at least fifty pounds not only for asthetics but for my health primarily. For the past few weeks after my doctors appointment I’ve been implementing small changes. I’ve only been drinking water or milk( today switched to 1%). A few times out of the week I’ll have soup and salad for lunch which is about 400 calories. Overall, I’ve been trying to make small changes. I know I need to do more to lose weight though, I’m going to start excercising. I’m unfit to run so I was thinking fast paced walking. Any suggestions ?
