Hey guys so recently I changed my macros because I’m trying to put on a bit more muscles I’m 5 foot five 124 pounds and I’m 29 years of age. So my macros are currently like this I am at 126 g of protein, 247 g of carbs, 50 g of fat. Unlike days I up my protein intake to 155 g but I never exceed my carbs. My question is is there way too much protein I lift weights for days a week and a corporate hit workouts and abs I work out about 5 to 6 days a week.

Your macro split is very close to the MFP default, so I would say it's healthy. At the level you are, it's not so much about "too much protein" as not enough of other nutrients, which can lead to malnutrition or just boredom and failure to adhere, leading to disinhibition (rebound overeating). So make sure what you eat provides you with a good range of micronutrients too.0

how many calories is that? are you eating at maintenance or a small surplus?
doing HIIT just means you need to eat even more.0 -
