Happy Saturday- looks like rain so no lawn mowing for me today (oh darn) - might be a good day to binge bad lifetime movies (with wine of course)

Another nice weekend in WNY, another soccer tournament. Don’t think my mfp daily nutrition nor steps will be up to snuff today. Enjoy your weekend mfp buds!!!

Please add me. I am new at this, starting today. I'm 45, female and need to lose about 35 pounds. Sooo hard. But I had success with MFP about 5 years ago, so I know it can be done. Add me and we can support each other!

55 years old. Started MFP several years ago at about 300 lbs and am now down to 225 @22% body fat. I’ve got a ways to go but I’ve got this... just basic logging and CICO. Every time I stop logging I gain weight. It seems that the act of holding myself accountable has been what I needed. Another 25 or 30 lbs will definitely help.
