    Just starts with one day. When you track it's amazing what you really find out. I discovered I ate far too much sugar and when I keep that under control I lose. I mean that's a no brainer but I would eat low cal just high carb things

    Good luck on the journey...my day one started a few days ago and the calorie counter is an amazing tool. I’m down four pounds already. You can do this! Stay focused and don’t give in to the pressures of meals on the run. There are good options when you’re in a time pinch.
