Specific foods will not speed up metabolism significantly enough to make any difference to weight loss if that is what you're asking.
You can find a list of higher fibre foods here https://www.nutrition.org.uk/healthyliving/basics/fibre.html
What matters for weight loss is a calorie deficit, you achieve this with MFP by setting your account up for a sensible rate of loss and logging your food accurately. Check out the "Most Helpful Posts" at the top of this board and the Getting Started board for more information.6 -
Metabolism is not a function that can be altered to any noticeable degree by diet.6

If you are intending on speeding up elimination (not metabolism) remember to pair high fiber with an adequate amount of fat and water.5

I feel like regular exercise ramps up my metabolism.
Whether that is actually try, or if it matters, is a subject of debate: https://www.health.harvard.edu/diet-and-weight-loss/does-metabolism-matter-in-weight-loss2 -
Wow, these are very good advices. Thank you all0

Fiber has a higher tef. It does "speed" up metabolism, it just takes more energy to break down.6

I take kelp tablets to kick start my metabolism - packed full of amino acids and minerals - best thing I ever bought!
I would recommend doing your research though and speaking to your doctor first as not all natural supplements suit everyone.20 -

Oops I mean does not speed up metabolism... but does have a higher tef. That's what I get for posting while I eat breakfast. Lol3 -

Your metabolism doesn't need a "kick start." It works 24/7. If it didn't, you'd be dead.3
