Hello everyone I am having a very proud moment in my journey. I have been working hard since having my 4 children to get healthy. I weighed 360 pounds and now today I weigh 199.4. All the hard work and dedication has paid off. I never imagined I'd be that girl who would be in onederland. Today I am the girl I created myself to be I chose to be the girl who was successful I chose to be the mom who was healthy I chose to fight back anything that stood in my way. I chose to do amazing things and because I chose I am. I thank god for the strength he gave me for the faith I have . Don't ever let yourself believe that you can't do anything . Our minds are incredible and anything you believe you can do. Everyday Is a new opportunity to do extraordinary things. So proud and I feel on top of the world.     Thank you all for your super kind words. I am truly humble to be called so many wonderful things. Life is such a chain reaction one positive action one kind word changes so many people. When I was not strong n healthy someone else who was strong taught me that I could be strong . Now I am able to show others that they can be strong and powerful and in return I get beautiful words spoken to me that I don't feel I deserve. Words can bring us up and words can bring us down. Thank you to all you amazing people who speak encouragement to my heart and for changing the world with your acts of kindness . Blessings all around the world. ❤

    Congratulations you look great! I hit onederland yesterday and it is amazing how that feels.....like you are on the top of the mountain and ready to finish the race with the end almost in sight. I hovered close to onederland for almost two months after losing 40 lbs....so close but no every day.
