low calorie meals/snacks

i’m looking for ideas for low calorie meals and snacks that will keep me full for awhile. i keep a gluten and dairy free diet and like to keep my meals around 350-400 calories and my snacks around 100-150 calories. thanks for the help!

- Crispy (rice) breaded tofu
- Kimchi chips/crisps
- Shelled edamame and chickpeas roasted or baked
- Bell peppers with hummus on sweet potato toasts
- Black bean, avocado and chicken or tahini with sweet potato and cauliflower or hummus and quinoa or fish with tzatziki sauce wraps
- Turkey, avocado and alfalfa/broccoli sprouts or nut butter sandwiches
