Looking for new MFP friends!
I do strength training based on legit programs and cardio training to lose fat. I've been shredded once and on my way to getting there again: I've Lost 13Kgs in 44 days or something. Add me if you take fitness, training and nutrition seriously and like fellow minded driven people. I try to post informative and motivating stuff etc.
I don't care about your age, sex, race etc but I don't wanna see some stupid cheat-day updates popping on my feed accompanied by 5- day split meme workout schedules that you copied from some fitness magazine.1 -

I'd love to connect with anyone in a similar situation as myself; working on fitness while recovering from an injury that requires you to limit and or change your fitness routine.
I'm working to recover (without surgery) from a torn rotator cuff injury. The tear is minor, but there is still a loss in strength and motion. I need to be careful not to further damage.
I love to strength train, but now I'm trying to decide how far I should go with my fitness activities and in what direction; PT exercises and cardio?, cardio only? limited strength training?0 -
