Thought for fellow Christians

Options
Many's the sermon I've heard about worshipping idols--be they money, sex, or power (the most common examples given of modern idols). Hearing that same theme in church this morning, I suddenly realized that food can be an idol. Think about it: do you spend more time eating than you spend talking to God? Do you think about food more often than you think about God? Maybe--hopefully--that thought will help some of us fight the urge to binge.
