Hello I m mommy of 2 kids. 3year boy and 7 months girl. When i merried in 2013 have 67kg
Before 1 baby 72 kg after to 82 kg
Now 21 novemer 91 kg
My goal is to lose 30 kg healty because i nursing .before 2 months i lose 10kg with healty eating but i back tham. Now decided MUST and I WILL lose 30 kg to be beauty in mirrow . To be preety mom for my kids . Hot wife to my loving sopuse . And beautiful dauther for my mom. So Start tomorow with lack .

Nursing on its own burns a lot of calories. So if I were you, I would set your MFP for maintenance, setting your activity level as sedentary. And try only eat 50% of your extra calories back. Don’t set your calories ridiculously low as it will affect your milk. And having agitated child is to me worse, then being a bit overweight. I would also invest in activity tracker. Keeping track on your daily step count is a great motivation tool to move more. And try to move more. Take kids for long walks. Stand up where you can, don’t sit down and slouch. It will make difference to your calorie burn. And clean up your diet. By that I mean. Vegetable, fruit, grains, nuts, chicken, fish not a lot of red meat. Extra protein. All this will provide nutrition for you and your baby. Keep treats to minimum. Make healthy choices. If you want a biscuit. Have one, but choose wisely. Read the packaging for sugar, fat content. Same for chocolate and other treat.
Fill up on water, quit drinking calories. Drink water, and when you think you had enough drink some more. Water is your best friend. Good luck x3 -

Plug in your numbers. Set your activity level. Eat that. Only you may decide, if you want to drop 1lb - 2lbs a week. Buy a food scale. Measure everything that you add to your cooking or into your mouth. Log, log, log. Stay consistent. Food price is not a determinant to weight loss.1 -

This period is very hard for me. Big problems at home and at work . Without help from anyone without friends and money . And depresion stress all the time and 100 kilos at me ...... Just my two pretty kids are only happines for this life ....but i hope it will be better . Better days hope to come......0

You don't have to change what you're eating. How are you cooking your meals? You know - oils, salt, some cooking pastes, sauces, condiments, .... Would you care to share a sample of your day? What you ate? Your target calories and any caloric adjustments post exercise if any? Cooking methods?

I dont know what to do. Nutricionist sugesst me fruits vegetable with rice or potato or legumates or meat and dinners a half of it or yoghurt with seeds. One friend sugest me keto diet without carb but i dont belive that i can do it. I looooove chocolate icecream and everything sweet i enjoy in it. So i'm not in a state for keto diet. Also chrono diet which is very popular i try it wasn't for me. So these days i'm na far awey from loosing 50lbs ....0

Bravo for tonight for me. i want something sweet 3 at work there are chocolates and chokobisqut mmmm but i don't eat . My dinner was milk with flips. My princess breastfeeding is very interesting right now its more like game there is legs hands everything and she sometimes dont like nothing or sometimes want 1hour to play . Little sweet honey0

Again night at work. Again i was brave. Hungry a lot but i drink 1 soup from vegetables and 1 tea for opstipation and everything was ok So i lie down happy tonight by the food0

Hello my diet friends.
Today was't bad for food. Brekfast soup with curcuma and bread and was very very ugly. 2 eggs boild.
Lunch meat salad and tomatoes souce
Dinner Nescafe.
And I want to shere with you that today is my birthday ☺🎂🍰🎉🎁
32 years 98 kg 2 kids 7 years experience at work at the moment with zero 0 money at my card.
I have so many hopes but just 2 wish
My lovely kids to be healthy and live and happy
And to find a new job with my university degree.0 -
