Who can tell me the best Nutritional Calculators I can use for all Fast food websites? I thought I heard someone saying there was an App out there for Andriod phones for this....

I'm not sure what you're looking for. As Dinosnopro points out, many fast food items are in the myfitnesspal database, which is available for Android. Could you explain what you mean?0

I have an andriod and I use an app called Restaurant Nutrition. I hope this helps you out0

Yeah Jamie, Thats what I was asking about. Not all restaurants or fast foods places are on MFP. So I was looking for an App that you could choose from all different types of restaurants and see the Nutrion from their meals. Pretty much all the restaurants under one App, rather than googleing each restaurant at a time......0

Somebody please help me - I have been here 2 days - my husband and I had Texas Roadhouse for linner - I had 2 side salads without croutons, without cheese, without egg, and without dressing - for my sides with my 8 oz steak - the steak I found and put into my diary easily - I cannot figure out how to get the info for the salads they way I eat them - Please, someone help me -

If it was just vegetables (lettuce, cucumber, a couple grape tomatoes, etc), a side salad is probably less than 100 calories. Maybe less than 50 depending on size. I usually throw in 75 for my lunch salads (similar - field greens, cucumber, shredded carrot, bell pepper). If there was other stuff on it, see if you can estimate how much of each thing and log that. You could also try logging all the things (lettuce, etc) but it’s probably a waste of time. It won’t be much.
