On some sites it says 100 per 100 g
I don’t have a good scale but I mean a medium size of the sweet potatos that have purple skin and a yellow whitish inside
They are called satsuma imo

I thought they were 130 calories each

How much is 100 g of a medium sweet potato?

That site must be mistaken. Japanese sweet potatoes are under a calorie per gram. A medium one should be 110-130 calories give or take and 100 grams should be about 90 calories give or take.

I only eat Japanese sweet potato's because - delish! I usually just weigh and log them via USDA sweet potato nutritional information. The difference between an American and Japanese sweet potato is minimal, and weighing them and cross checking them to the USDA is going to be more accurate that eye balling a medium sweet potato.
