Up a little this week... my weekend didn't help. Back on track this week... I want to bust out of this plateau.

I just made it back from vacation. I can't guarentee charts today (I still have to unpack, buy groceries, and get my stuff ready for work tomorrow), but they will be up by tomorrow for sure. I can say that my eating over vacation was not good, but I did work out every day but one. I jumped on the scale this evening (fully dressed, full of food, late in the day) and I was 131,which isn't too bad at all. I don't think that I went too off track and by the time I weigh in on Thursday I should be back to "normal" (under 130).

It seems that this is going to be a hard goal to manage. o well still not giving up. Slow and steady will win the race0 -
Like the stock market I'm back up this week. Seem to have gained 3.8 pounds while out of town on business, taking full advantage of the free meals, eating the chips, drinking the sodas provided and getting no exercise at all. Current weight is 168.8. This summer has been very difficult for me.:grumble: See what I can do in the coming week.0

Hi Everyone, Unfortunately I will be leaving the challenge and MFP (for now at least) I have been diagnosed with Ulcerative colitis (basically inflamed bowels covered in ulcers (and I mean covered - wasnt nice to see) and being on the UC forum I have been advised to not try and lost weight as it is possible I may lose a scary amount anyway with the medication Im on (some of the people I have spoken to on there have lost 42lbs in a short time). So just wanted tot hankyou all for your support, help and advice throughout this journey and I wish you all the best of luck through yours and reaching your goals xx
