I don't know what it has to do with adrenal fatigue, as that isn't a real thing.
But I prep my breakfast every night - plain greek yogurt mixed with protein powder and frozen fruit. I change up the flavors of powder and type of fruit to keep it interesting. Chocolate/strawberry, vanilla/blueberry, lemon/raspberry. I grab it out of the fridge in the morning and eat it at work.
Shakes never fill me up. I have to chew my food to feel satisfied.8 -
What's quick and easy depends on your skills and priorities. I have never considered breakfasts something you cook, but something like a sandwich or cereal. I think it's most important that you eat something you like. What is adrenal fatigue, and can you ever recover if you get it?0

Adrenal fatigue is a fake disease, no scientific evidence to support it. It was invented in 1998 by a quack chiropractor named James Wilson. The only people that "diagnose" it are other quacks such as Naturopaths and chiropractors.10

^ Truth. As substantiated here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4997656/
So any shake or breakfast will do just fine to treat an imaginary medical condition.8 -

Not true.
Imaginary conditions require imaginary cures. Unicorn tears carbonated with leprechaun farts should do the trick.15 -

Not sure why everyone is so stubborn on here. I was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease 7 years ago (an adrenal insufficiency) and I can tell you for a fact that it’s a real thing. My body barely produces any cortisol- so yeah the fatigue is real at times due to this. People don’t believe in the disease because it’s an “invisible disease”. Try living with it.

There's a difference between adrenal insufficiency and adrenal fatigue. One is a legitimate, verifiable medical condition, one is an imaginary, made up thing diagnosed by quacks.14 -

Addison's Disease is a real condition diagnosed by doctors. Adrenal fatigue is a popular made up condition that alternative practitioners attribute lots of really common symptoms to so they can sell supplements to people. Just because there are real medical conditions that are caused by adrenal issues doesn't mean adrenal fatigue is a thing. Please understand that acknowledging adrenal fatigue is a quack diagnosis doesn't mean the same is being suggested about Addison's.

I've stated this multiple times throughout the threads, but by regulatory definition if a product is classified as a supplement then it cannot substantiate it's claim - this is the key difference between a product being classified as a drug or a supplement. So you are literally purchasing a product that does not do what the marketers claim it does. This probably is not noticed to anyone outside of regulatory, but the language used in the supplement industry is very specific and if you read carefully....absolutely laughable.
Even the terms are carefully and deliberately chosen. For example insufficiency has medical background and is supported by evidence. Fatigue? A nebulous lay term used to evoke an emotional response to market snake oil.7 -
My adrenals are flipping exhausted, but I usually skip breakfast anyway.0

To prep my breakfast the night before, I put a protein bar on the counter, and a can of Diet Pepsi in the fridge.11

There are so many premade protein shakes out there, a bit pricey but out there. I prefer to make mine quick like. Adding protein powder, frozen fruit, flavored water, ice or you can do the yogurt way as well.
Now I am hoping no one is saying, you do not have some sort of medical condition. The concern is that Adrenal Fatigue is not recognized by the medical community. I mean by MD's. and such. It seems that many who seem to think it is a real thing, say that it just does not show on tests. Well the medical community is kind of odd, if it does not show on blood tests, or pee tests, or xrays, or MRI's or ultrasounds etc. They basically say nay not real. And there concern is people may have something really wrong. But are following, listening to the wrong people who in the end will not really assist them in getting healthier. But still be willing to take lots of money.9 -

If you think you have adrenal problems, go to your doc asap and get tested. Genuine adrenal issues are horrible, difficult to treat and can be fatal. They cannot be treated with food. But a good diet and exercise programme can help you to feel soooo much better, regardless of adrenal disease.5
