    Hope you had some PRs today.

    Today was full body compound lifts, plus a couple of runs around my neighborhood. Sprinting day tomorrow, maybe some stair runs too. :+1:

    It was both. Haha.
    Oh the stairs hate me. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I love the results. Cardio is definitely not my friend.
