    Hi i keep chickening out on making friends. im a 33 year old single mum in melbourne, trying to loose 12 kg to start with. I've been using mfp for a month or two but not seeing much result and loosing motivation.

    I am in Sydney. Almost at the end of the weight loss phase and soon to hit maintenance. 8 months ago I started at 92.8kg and at my last weigh in was 61.1kg with a goal of 60kg. I follow a ketogenic diet which does not suit everyone but has worked for me. Feel free to add me as a friend.
