One year in, lost 130 lb, 70 lb to go, dropped 2 X's in sizes, 12 inch off the waist, 4 inch off the collar, 6 inch off the chest. Wife introduced me to a work colleague in the supermarket today, admitted later a year ago she would have avoided it.

    Not boasting, ashamed of myself for getting in that state, hope I can encourage others it is not that hard - and worth it.

    You deserve a small boast for showing determination. Congratulations and good luck for the rest of your journey.. You are right, the process is simple, sticking to it sometimes harder but most definitely worth it.
