New here-question about tracking exercises

I just started using this site and had a question about tracking exercises. I do a lot of Jillian workouts. Do you track the majority of those as circuit training? The ones I do the most are Ripped in 30, 30 DS, 6 week 6 pack, No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism.
