Hey guys! I wanted to start a topic where during the summer season, we post our weights weekly. You can join in late, or weigh in differently if that works for you!

Also, in your initial post, tell us what fitness program you are doing. This is all for encouragement as we get through the hot season! Summer is from June 21- September 21. Your post can be as follows:

I’m Tori and I’m doing the Keto diet. I look forward to encouraging eachother this summer! I started at 200lbs and hope to lose at least 50 for my ultimate goal!

    Hi! I am Lisa. I am just getting back into MFP and tracking my food intake. I do not follow a specific food or exercise program at this time. I am trying to also get back into a routine of exercising at least 3x/week.

    Hi - I'm quite active - I bike most places, walk everywhere else. I stop drop and plank every afternoon at work (up to 4 minutes) and do squats every morning (up to 75 now). I also follow intermittent fasting (16/8). My weight always fluctuates by 20lbs.

    Hi, I’m Tracy. My beginning weight for MFP was 258.8 pounds. I’m not following a specific plan, just making better food choices/logging in & tracking calories/carbs, etc. Limited in exercise w/a torn miniscus, but still plugging away with the food part. I’ve had 4 children, 2 of them in the same year. That’s an excuse tho, because it was 11 years ago. I can do this!! & The challenges/support will be a huge help.

    Hi, i'm Sam. I'm only doing my weight loss through diet as i'm quite tight for time but i have gym equipment at home that i'm trying to make use of when i can!

    Also i will be on holiday for the last couple of weeks of this challenge so i will complete it if i can! (i'm away after September 6th!)

    (i live the UK and measure in KG so i convert the numbers online).

    Hi, I'm Alynn. I'm a little late to the challenge so my first week will only be for days. I just started back recently. I'm not following a specific meal plan but focusing on portion control and more balanced, real meals and not what's easy. I'm hoping to get back to a little more Paleo but something I can live with for the rest of my life. I finally have time to get back into hiking and biking. I'm going to focus more on hiking though because in starting to train for the Rachel Carson Challenge.

    Hi. I am Jonona. My goal is to get in the best shape of my life at 46. I have been carrying around extra baggage for years gaining and losing like a yoyo. I want to stop the fluctuations and maintain my goal weight.
    I started my new plan of mindfulness, a balanced diet of 1200 calories per day and daily workouts. HITT, Elliptical, Kickboxing, Yoga, and Pilates. I don’t want another diet but a lifestyle change. I have logged over 30 days in a row. I have lost 6 pounds so far
