I want to share the heaven known as Yasso's Frozen Yogurt Bars.

Losing weight in the summer always makes me struggle with ice cream cravings. I've decided that once a week, for a reward, I could swing by Dairy Queen for a small cone with my son.

But then, I found the Yasso's Frozen Yogurt bars at Walmart, at 80 calories a bar. I LOVE the vanilla caramel and mint chocolate chip! They have that sweet, creamy mouth feel that ice cream gives you. Curbs afternoon hunger, too.

Just thought I'd share if that brand isn't in your store, you might find other kinds of frozen yogurt bars.

I agree very good. I am still so new to this, meaning loosing. And trying to stay on track. I am limiting myself and not keeping any treats in the house. Farther in, I may be able to but for now. Nope if I want one, must get in car and go get.

The coffee chocolate chip ones are my personal favorite. Also, because of my love/hate relationship with dairy (I love dairy, dairy kinda hates me), I have to limit myself to only one or two a week.

Here's a feature of these that some will like: Not just 80 calories with 5g protein (for the Fudge ones), but also no sugar alcohols.

They are my absolute FAVORITE. I love the
salted caramel flavor the most, but I love all their flavors.

I keep my freezer stocked with these all the time. Definitely one of the reasons I've been able to lose the weight! Coffee choc chip is my favorite, followed by cookie dough and sea salt caramel.
