Fitbit not syncing with app. Is anyone else having issues?

I believe they are aware of it. It’s been on and off.2

It's bloomin' annoying. Recently it seems to sync in the morns but not very well in the evening. Grrr.2

Having that same issue! I disconnected my Fitbit from myfitnesspal account and then connected it again and it synced. Annoying that I have to do this though.1

Same here,Earning over 20,000 steps a day and mfp is only syncing 11,000 steps which I did during the morning not evening.0

I tried unlinking and relinking. Didn’t work.2

Yes, me too! I’ve only had it work by disconnecting and re-connecting the two apps. So annoying!!1

Same here. I thought it was just my Aria scale but steps aren't syncing either from my Alta.0

Disconnect/reconnecting worked this morning, it hasn’t worked since.1

It's not syncing for me either. It mainly seems to happen when my fitbit logs over my goal.0

Singing with the choir, but mine hasn’t been working either. I tried just adding exercise, but when it syncs it’s much more accurate. I came here to see if I could find help, but apparently it’s not just me.1

What is silly is that not only is MFP not pulling FitBit data, but it's assuming since nothing is there it can make a negative adjustment!

Not working for me either. Putting in my exercise manually, and then overnight it syncs...and my data gets all messed up. Also, their Help article on sync problems comes up "Not Available Translated Into English."4

Mine isn't syncing either. It started about a week ago. I used to be able to disconnect the apps and then reconnect to fix it but not anymore. Someone else said they hooked both apps up to Pacer and that was a work around. I tried that with no luck. It sucks because now I am dependent on this information being current since my motivation to exercise is to be allowed eat more calories while still losing weight. I hope they fix the issue because I really love using these two apps together.2

Yes mine too I also logged out of both and disconnected app then reconnected and it worked but now it is doing it again.

Ditto here, tried the troubleshooting to no avail. Something must be up on MFPs end if we're all having problems...0

Same here. Started acting up again last night and was able to fix it, but it started acting up again tonight. So frustrating!1

Mine stopped syncing from 16:48pm 23/06/2018 (yesterday). I have followed everything suggested on both sites throughout the night to no avail. I have logged issue with Myfitnesspal this morning.0

I was wondering myself what was going on. I deleted my fitbit off my tablet and downloaded it to my phone and its synching do I don't know what's going on, but I hope they fix it soon..its very annoying cause it wasn't lining up with my fitbit charge to.0

This is a known problem. There is an announcement about it in the tech support section. It began on the 22nd and no updates yet.3
