Fitbit Charge 2 not syncing

Is anyone else having issues with your steps not syncing? My food log is going to Fitbit but steps not coming onto my fitness pal.

*sigh* me too. It was the same last Sunday. I had to use Fitbit to see how many calories I had left. At least the food diary syncs.

Then Disconnect and Connect Fitbit Via MyFitnessPal - that should sort it out !

The sync problem is a known issue. No updates since June 22nd.

It's on their end. It is a problem they are aware of since 22nd. There is an announcement about it in the Tech Support Section.
