What do you think the best fitness discs are for bulking and losing weight?

Bulking and cutting are all about calories.

Yeah looks like I’ll have to stick with DVDs since most require so much equipment.

If you have limited or no equipment. Try yayog or convict conditioning or one of pavels kettle bell programs0

It’s not a lot of equipment which is why it’s the only thing I can really do. Very few of the workouts on that page work with just dumbbells.

It’s not a lot of equipment which is why it’s the only thing I can really do. Very few of the workouts on that page work with just dumbbells.
