    To be honest, there is no OPTIMAL home bulking routine unless you have a home gym with weights. What’s your goal?? Strength, hypertrophy..etc?

    It said 20-30 minutes of legs additional to whatever muscle group you’re working.

    Then you'll need more weekly volume than 1 x weekly per body part is going to give you.

    Think in terms of 60-120 reps weekly for large muscles, 30-60 for small.

    That's why hard to do without the equipment that allows overloading on consistent basis.

    And just increasing the reps to point of it being cardio isn't the idea either - 5 to 15 reps each set, 2-5 sets.

    You can math that out for 2-3 sessions weekly and see what you get.
