Hi... Think I'm finally going to go back to the gym tomorrow... I haven't been since January or so... That with eating like crap I put on a few pounds... Mainly around the middle of course...
Well... Past two weeks I've been doing intermittent fasting... Planned my meals... Cut out fast foods and most processed foods... And managed to drop a few pounds... so the likely step is to go back to the gym and get to the next level... Wish me luck!
