Trying to gain weight but its mission impossible.

I eat for the whole of Scotland and still can vanish if I turn sideways, ๐Ÿ˜‚

    Youโ€™re most likely eating less than you think. It all comes down to energy balance and thermodynamics. Expend less or eat more to gain weight!

    You gain weight by consuming more calories than you expend. If you're not gaining weight, you need to eat more.

    You're not eating enough. If you're doing cardio, I would minimize that or leave it out completely. I know in my case, if I ever did cardio, I have to eat a lot just to be at maintenance. Even on a cut, I don't even do cardio anymore.

    Hey fellow Scot!
    As others have said, probably not eating enough, counting calories is just as important when you are trying to gain as when trying to loose (potentially more so if you are trying to clean bulk there is a pretty small margin for 'error'). Some stats would be useful, age, height, weight, goals, current training schedule.....
