Durian. I'll bring it into the office for everyone to enjoy.

I'll even make durian ice cream sandwiches.

    Is the question:

    - You can only eat that one particular fruit, no other types of food?
    - Or you can only eat that one particular fruit in addition to your other foods (chicken, rice, whatever)?

If it's Option A, I'd go for a banana, because they're filling and I could probably actually reach my calorie goal without needing to eat TONS of them.

If it's Option B, I choose fresh cherries. They're such a tasty summer treat and sometimes they are the only fruit I eat during a week!

Apples! Satiety is important to me (because otherwise I have a tendency to binge), and to me apples are the most filling of any fruit.

watermelon, because it would last a week

I need to teach you how to eat watermelon.

There were a few locals sitting around in a general store when someone came in and picked out a very large watermelon and took it to the front counter. One of the locals said "That sure is a good watermelon. I would love to eat that one." The customer turned around and said "The whole thing? I bet you $20 you can't." The local said "Give me 10 minutes to check something and I will be back and tell you whether or not I will take your bet". The customer agreed. the local came back in 10 minutes and said he would do it, ate the watermelon and collected the $20. The customer asked "So where did you go for 10 minutes?". The local replied "My brother had a watermelon about that size. So I figured if I could eat that one, I could eat this one..."

I have often eaten 1/4 of a watermelon while slicing it up and another 1/4 before the day is out. I have logged 500g of cubes, that I actually did weigh, a few times.

but my answer is bananas; watermelon just isn't filling enough. :)

I don't eat a lot of fruit, but at least a piece every day. Hmm.. a jackfruit maybe? Does that stay fresh for a whole week?
