    Starting weight 203.0
    Next goal weight 180.0 by 10/20/18 be a bit thinner and healthier for my husband's college graduation.
    Final goal weight 140.0 by 6/18/19 because I would really like to enjoy the rest of my forties!
    I gained a lot of weight when I quit smoking almost four years ago and while I'm happy and proud about it, I haven't enjoyed it to the fullest because of the weight gain.

    Im about 168 right now but would like to be about 145. lets motivate each other I was doing so well on my previous 80 day plan but life family and some depression set in and now I need to get moving again.

    Starting weight: 289 - 1/10/18. Been a hard few years with divorce, depression, my mom passing, my son's friend moving in with us when his life fell apart and he has no where else to go. The new year brought much needed changes all around.
    Current weight: 243.6
    Next goal weight: 225 by Labor Day
    Final goal weight: 170-175. Hopefully there early in the new year. The Happy Scale app says I should be there by February based on my weight loss so far. I'll keep working until I get there, regardless of date.

    Basically just want to be fitter and healthier hope to take my exercise schedule up a notch. Best wishes to all. I will post my progress.

    Starting weight (today): 206
    Long Term Goal: ~140 (roughly 65 pounds. I'll aim for that and go from there.)
    First Goal: 190- I'm aiming to reach this by September 3.
    Second Goal: 165 by January 1
    Final Goal: 140 by May 31.

    One of the tools I'm using to help maintain motivation is the use of a bullet journal- mainly as use as a habit tracker. I'm hoping that by making myself journal about it, I'll actually keep up with what I need to do to lose weight.

    Goals:
    1) getting down - 215 - will want to go clothes shopping (I hope to be down a size)
    2) get below 200, like 190-195 (so on fluctuation day I never see the 2 again)
    3) set new goals. -> another 50 or so to go I guess.
    4) UGW: 133

    It's slow and steady right now. I want it to stay that way. I think I can start hitting my goals by middle of this year - but I am nervous my current progress will slow down.

    I am taking it one day at a time - so thanks for all the inspirational stories, and all the support.

    I am tired of being over weight but I don't have any motivation. Maybe if I had a few friends to give me motivation then it might make it easier to keep going.

    Started at 224.8 on 4/23/18, current weight is 200.4. My short term goal is to get below 200 and my ultimate goal is 145. I have a long way to go.
    I want to hit my goal by my 50th birthday... 1/8/19.

    Struggle with being consistent. Need those people to reach out to me and message me when they see me not logging and posting updated weight and being part of this journey for others. Any takers?

    Side note: I still don’t know how to add friends, just how to accept them.

    New here! Mom to 3! A 5, 2 and 2month old. Started my journey last week at 180 currently at 174. I’m worried that I can’t keep up with the restrictive diet 😳 have to find a way to keep at it!

    Short term goal 150(pre pregnancy weight)
    Long term 130

    Hiiii!

    My current weight is :- 218lbs
    Short term goal is :- just not to gain!
    Long term goal is :- 124lbs

    Total loss of 94lbs.

    Weaknesses :- I loose motivation after one bad day, takes weeks sometimes months to get back on track.
