For this challenge, decide your own personal health goal(s) to stick to for 14 days, and for each day, post on this thread -the day of or after- the day you're posting about. Simply post about whether you were able to stick to your goal(s) or not and feel free to discuss how you feel, if it’s been difficult, or some motivation for yourself and others on the thread.

Some examples of goals are:
*Reach X amount of exercise minutes per day/week
*Reach X amount of steps each day
*Stay at X calorie goal each day
*Eat healthfully (insert your ideal diet plan here)
*Avoid eating _____
*Drink X amount of water per day
*Meditate each day
etc.

    I’m in! For the next 2 weeks I commit to staying within my 1200 calorie eating plan and keeping up with my daily fitness routine.

    This is my first time to fitness challenge 🙃
    Goal is to -
    Meditate for ~15 mins
    Basic Yoga for ~15 mins
    Workout in Gym for ~30 min with a mix of treadmill and weights!
    All of that with a healthy eating :smile:

    I hope I can stick to the plan 🙌

    6/28 - Definitely under my calorie goal. On the other hand, still no exercise...

    6/29 - stayed under goal + 20 minutes exercise! Yay!
    6/30 - a little over my calorie goal. Weekend is hard for diets.

    Yes and yes for yesterday. I'm enjoying the water challenge it makes a difference and it's too easy not to drink enough here when it's cold.

    I'm here! My phone isn't letting me come to the community for some reason, but I'm on a laptop now! Still been sticking to my plan. @leanHelen Glad you're enjoying it! I know I definitely feel a major difference in how I feel and look when I'm drinking plenty of good water.

    Lovely! My goal for the next two weeks is to keep within my calories goal and exercise at least 20 mins 5 days a week. I 'll start logging tomorrow as it is nightime here.

    I'm in too!
    I want to lose 10 pounds over the next three months. To accomplish my goal I want to:
    Cut back on alcohol to no more than one glass of wine every other day
    Eat more fruits and veggies
    Avoid eating high sodium food
