So I weigh 380 but I can still move around like a small guy but as of late my weight has been affecting me. I wanna start losing weight but no time to work at a gym. So what kind of at home work outs can I do? Also with my size should I use whey protein powder?

You should consult a doctor before you do anything else. Make sure the whole body is in working order before making big changes.0

You do not need to exercise in order to lose weight. Just eat less calories than you expend.
However, most folks around here suggest lifting weights in order to reduce muscle loss.
Here is a good place to start to get more information.

To lose weight, focus on your calorie intake. Whey is just a source of protein - you need protein, so if you want to get protein from whey, go ahead.1

1. Before starting a new exercise regimen, consult with a physician. Especially if you've never (or at least not in the last 5 years or more) done dedicated workouts before.
2. "You cannot out train a bad diet". Losing weight happens when you eat at a calorie deficit, while exercise can help, it is not required.
3. The greatest home workout habit to aquire is simply walking more. Taking a dedicated 30 minute walk a day is great for overall health.2 -
walking is a good place to start1

Frankly that's unlikely.
But as of late my weight has been affecting me.
Imagine a small guy carrying around an extra 200lbs all day, every day.

Gym and exercise is for health, fitness and hopefully enjoyment. Your weight loss is predominately going to happen in the kitchen and not the gym.
Don't build up lack of time as a potential excuse for not losing weight. It takes zero time to eat a bit less.

Walk.
Bodyweight exercises.
Get some adjustable dumbbells.
Build as much movement into your daily routine as possible. Stairs not elevators, walk don't drive, gardening not TV. Make sitting down your last option, not your first.
Also with my size should I use whey protein powder?
Whey protein is simply a protein rich food in liquid form. If you don't meet a sensible protein goal (probably based on goal weight rather than current weight) from your regular food it can be helpful as a relatively low calorie protein source.

Just start off by walking. You will damage your joints if you do high impact excersize at your weight. Build up the speed and distance each week and, when you have started losing weight, add some home routines such as weights, step aerobics etc.0

During my last weight loss journey 2-3 years ago, I lost 100lbs ish. But for the first 50+ lbs I lost only by managing what I eat (journaling and counting) and walking. I only added running 6+ months into my journey did I add anything more (in my case, running mostly, eventually some "boot camp" at the very end near goal weigh but that was for me not for the weight loss).
you can start with just adding a few extra steps (park farther away more often) and build up from there, no need to go to one hour walks daily.0
